Due to the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.westerndriver.com\/?attachment_id=7244\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7244\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7244 alignright\" alt=\"Velocette\" src=\"http:\/\/www.westerndriver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Velocette-300x147.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.westerndriver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Velocette-300x147.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.westerndriver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Velocette.jpg 336w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a> reputation and quality of that model, all subsequent models produced by Veloce were named Velocette.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.westerndriver.com\/?attachment_id=7243\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7243\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-7243\" alt=\"Velocette Logo\" src=\"http:\/\/www.westerndriver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Velocette-Logo.jpg\" width=\"242\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a>Despite the European-sounding name, Velocettes were designed and built in Birmingham, England.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">K-series racing success<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">In the early 1920s, the company recognized the need to produce motorcycles of advanced design and began producing the K series. The speed and reliability of these overhead-cam models led to many successes at the Isle of Man TT,<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Brooklands and countless other race venues.
