Pub night entertainment with hors d'oeuvres and baron of beef.
Prize draws, 50/50 draw, Silent & Live Auctions
Late registration entrants' forms. Pre-registered entrants'
packs available for pickup
Cost: CDN$15/ea. (US$14); CDN$25 for 2 people (US$24). Each
entry includes 1 drink (beer, wine or pop) ticket.
Saturday
May 17, 2008-ABFM Car Show (23rd annual)
Venue: VanDusen Botanical Garden, 37th & Oak Street, Vancouver,
BC
7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. Late registration and car placement.
10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Car display, swap meet, vendors' booths;
gates open to public.
10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Event Merchandise and Regalia for sale.
2:00 p.m. - Entrants' Choice and individual class voting closes.
3:30 p.m. - Spectator Text Message Voting closes.
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Awards presentation, special prize draws.
Costs:
Vehicle Entries (up to April 30, 2008)
1st Car Entry @ Canadian $25/each (U.S. entrants $24/each)
Additional Entries @ Canadian $20/each (U.S. entrants $19/each)

Each bike entry @ Canadian $15 (U.S. entrants $14)
Each car
and bike entry receives an official ABFM colour poster, metal
dash plaque, goody bag with samples of sponsors' product and
literature and is eligible for applicable Special Prize Draws
listed, including the Grand Prize Return Trip for Two to Britain
(odds of winning are 1 in 600). Depending on goody bag quantities,
entrants registering after May 10, 2008, are not guaranteed
a goody bag.
Saturday
May 17, 2008-ABFM Swap Meet & Vendors' Booths
Venue: VanDusen Botanical Garden, 37th & Oak Street, Vancouver,
BC
7:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Booth Set-Up.
4:30 p.m. Booth Take-Down.
Swap
Meet & Vendor Booth Costs:
Swap Meet, Commercial Vendor: 8'x 6' space, includes
3 tables and 2 chairs @ CDN$100 (US$99). Vendor provides own
tent. Larger space and tent rentals quoted separately.
Swap Meet-Private Vendor: 6' table and 1 chair-CDN
$50 per vendor (US$49).
Additional tables: Canadian $10 each (US$9)
Registered Car Entrant Private Vendor: Bring that box
of unwanted parts and sell them in the garage sale area. FREE
to Registered Car Entrants only. Space limited, must reserve
space.
Retail Product Vendor: 10'x10' tented space for product
displays and sales. Sponsorship cost: CDN$500 (contact us
for details); Vendor space only: $350 (US$349). Larger
space requirements quoted separately.
