Vancouver Collector Car Show & Auction celebrates the collector car hobby

Vancouver Collector Car AuctionInterested in selling your classic at auction?

The Vancouver Collector Car Show & Auction is right around the corner, taking place June 21 & 22 at the PNE Fairgrounds www.VancouverCollectorCars.com.  If you have not thought about the auction as a potential way to sell your vehicle, maybe you should consider it.

Last year, the first year of the show, the auction sold through a respectable 52 per cent of vehicles in the auction and management put together deals with consignors for 8 additional vehicles in the following two weeks.  That is 64 vehicles sold as a result of the auction.

This year, there will be more than 150 vehicles for auction and hundreds of bidders onsite, online and over the telephone.  This event represents a real local opportunity to sell your vehicle at Vancouver market prices.  If you are interested contact Jason at jason@vancouvercollectorcars.com or 604.220.2725

Here is what to expect

On June 21 & 22 the PNE Fairgrounds will be transformed into a massive celebration of the collector car hobby at the second annual Vancouver Collector Car Show & Auction, presented by the Dueck Auto Group – www.VancouverCollectorCars.com.  There will be showcars, exhibitors, sponsor tents, live activations, access to the PNE Prizehome, feature cars and of course a full blown collector car auction, hosted by Speed TV’s Steve Magnante.  An estimated 700 cars will be on display with more than 150 crossing the auction block – it will make for a weekend of great fun!

There are many ways to get involved beyond just attending.  Displaying a car is completely free, and you get some great benefits including; a tshirt, dash plaque, weekend and guest pass, chance to win in your vehicle category and more – yes all for free!

If two days is too much, there is also a charity show and shine option, and for $20 (with at least $10 donated directly to the Canadian Cancer Society) you will get VIP upfront parking and a complimentary entry ticket (a $25 dollar value), plus the chance to win some prizes.

Maybe you are in the market to buy or sell, well the show has that covered.  You can apply to auction your vehicle with some of the lowest fees in North America at 6 per cent buyer and seller fee and $0 for a no reserve entry and $395 for a reserve entry.

Or you can register to bid.  A bidders paddle is only $50 and includes the following; bidder paddle, weekend and guest pass, colour catalogue, 2 complimentary drink tickets and an invitation for you and a guest to the hosted auction preview event sponsored by 360 Fabricators and hosted by Steve Magnante

Can’t attend in person, register to bid online for free.

So mark your calendars for June 21 & 22 for the second annual Vancouver Collector Car Show & Auction.
